Vegan Baby Banana Puree

Bananas are rich in potassium, naturally sweet and have a lovely creamy texture when mashed or blended. They can be mixed with almost any fruit, baby oatmeal or rice cereal.

Here’s how to do it!


1 banana, washed, peeled and cut into pieces
1-3 Tbsp water, breast milk or formula


Blend or mash all ingredients — add more or less liquid until you get the consistency you want. Mix with other fruits for extra taste, or even mix with cooked cauliflower to get some veggies in.

Keep any unused puree in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze.
